Abstract: 

Purpose: To report a case of Joubert’ s syndrome with alternating skew DEVIATION and lateral skew DEVIATION. Case report: A 18-year-old girl was referred with the chief complaint of abnormal eye movements since infancy. Some degree of oculomotor apraxia was revealed as the girl had difficulties in initiating horizontal saccades and subsequent head thrust. Periodic alternating vertical misalignment of eyes was also evident, known as alternating skew DEVIATION. After 3 to 5 seconds, the vertical divergence of the eyes reversed direction. Gaze to either side also resulted in hypertropia of abducting eye, known as lateral skew DEVIATION. MRI demonstrated hypoplasia of superior cerebellar vermis along molar tooth signs associated with Joubert syndrome. Conclusion: This report shows that alternating skew DEVIATION and lateral skew DEVIATION can be manifestations of Joubert’ s syndrome.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Usually osseointegration takes between three to six months after implant placement but patients are interested to have early loading. There are no definitive criteria for measuring bone mineral density (BMD), insertion torque (IT) (final torque force) and resonance FREQUENCY analysis (RFA) (primary implant stability) to determine exact loading time based on the relationship between the above-mentioned parameters. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between IT, RFA and BMD in screw-type implants.Materials and Methods: This clinical trial was conducted on 18 patients who were candidates for ITI implant placement. Written consent was taken and jaw bone density was determined via a digital radiography technique before surgery. After implant placement, RFA and IT were measured. Fifty-five ITI implants of the total 62 implants placed were evaluated; the implants were 12 mm long with a diameter of 4.1 mm. Data was analyzed with Pearson’s test using SPSS.15 software (a=0.05).Results: There was a significant relationship between IT, RFA and BMD. Pearson’s test showed a correlation coefficient of 0.872 to 0.789 between the three parameters, indicating a strong relationship between them. The mean bone density was 1.468±0.042 g/cm2; the mean RFA was 66.01±2.2 ISQ and the mean IT was 34.62±3.33 N/cm2.Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study there is a significant relationship between, IT, RFA and BMD (p value=0.001).

Abstract: 

In this paper, design and assembly of a new phase-shift range finder and also the cross-talk effect and the effect of intermediate FREQUENCY (IF) DEVIATION on the range finder, is presented. Using the heterodyne technique, the system was able to measure very small phase-shifts, hence, considerably increasing the accuracy of the distance measurements. Since the major error in such systems is due to the phase measurement (counter-clock pulse), related to the cross-talk and the FREQUENCY shift, it was necessary to take especial steps to decrease these errors. Therefore, after testing the system, practically a simulation of the system was also carried out. Using the simulation results, the error due to the cross-talk was about 2% in the worst condition. The error related to the FREQUENCY changes was about zero, and the resolution due to the counter-clock pulse became 21 mm. Considering the signal to noise ratio of 20dB and the noise current of 42.8pA at the input current to voltage inverter, the lowest detectable optical power at the APD input, which the noise could be ignored, was 23 pW.

Abstract: 

THIS PAPER DEALS WITH AN MFO ALGORITHM BASED DESIGN OF LOAD FREQUENCY DIFFERENT PID TYPE CONTROLLER FOR A MICROGRID CONSISTING OF SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC, DIESEL ENGINE GENERATOR, FUEL CELL WITH THE EQUA-ELECTROLYZER AND ULTRA-CAPACITOR HAS BEEN CONSIDERED FOR SIMULATION STUDIES. THE INTERMITTENT NATURE OF SOLAR POWER MAY CAUSE SERIOUS PROBLEM OF FREQUENCY FLUCTUATION. THEREFORE, IPD AND PDPI CONTROLLERS DESIGNED FOR THE PURPOSE OF MINIMIZATION OF FREQUENCY DEVIATION AND RESULTS ARE COMPARED WITH PID CONTROLLER. CONTROL GAINS OF THE DIFFERENT CONTROLLERS ARE OPTIMIZED USING MOTH-FLAME OPTIMIZATION ALGORITHM. PERFORMANCE STUDY OF THE POWER SYSTEM IS CARRIED OUT UNDER DIFFERENT PERTURBATION CONDITION. IT IS FOUND THAT MFO BASED OPTIMIZED PDPI CONTROLLER IS VERY SUPERIOR TO PID AND IPD CONTROLLERS IN TERMS OF SETTLING TIME, OVERSHOOTS AND SOME PERFORMANCE INDEXES.

Abstract: 

Modeling the behavior of policymakers and monetary authorities in relation to macroeconomic conditions is crucial for economists. Estimating the reaction function of monetary policy to the out gap and inflation gap has become one of the most important issues for this reason. In this regard, the current study used continuous wavelet transform and multiple coherence tools, partial coherence, partial phase difference, and partial wavelet gain to evaluate Iran's monetary policy in the time-FREQUENCY domain from 1988 to 2021. The results indicate that the reaction function of monetary policy in addressing the inflation gap has been inefficient, which reflects the central bank's lack of independence and the contagion of macroeconomic imbalances to the monetary base. If the short-run horizon and the years 2013-2014 were considered, a rule based, and counter-cyclical response was implemented. In other periods and years, it has been reported that monetary policy has no effect or is discretionary, resulting in an increase in inflation DEVIATION. During the years 2000-2008 and 2013-2014, regular and stabilizing monetary policy was observed during business cycles with a horizon of more than eight years. In spite of this, the monetary policy has not been able to fulfill its mandate in the common horizon of business cycles (4-8 years), where the counter-cyclical reaction becomes more essential to the output gap.

Abstract: 

Investigating the FREQUENCY of traumatic nasal bone fracture in patients with and without old septal DEVIATION and possible DEVIATION. Prospective study of 105 patients with nose trauma conducted and cases were divided into two groups: a study group 35 patients with nasal fracture and a control group of 70 patients without nasal fracture. Diagnosis of septal condition was made by anterior rhinos copy and endoscopy using manipulation of septum. 31 (89%) of the patients with nasal fracture after trauma were diagnosed with old septal DEVIATION. In comparison, only 39 (34%) of patients in the control group were diagnosed with old septal DEVIATION. In comparison, only 39 (54%) of patients in the control group were diagnosed with old septal DEVIATION. Existing old septal DEVIATION significantly increases the risk of traumatic nasal bone fracture.

Abstract: 

Current-based methods for bearing fault diagnosis primarily rely on analyzing the current signal, leading to challenges in detecting fault frequencies due to their low magnitude amid the noise in the current spectrum. This issue intensifies for weak bearing faults in their early stages. The presence of noise components increases the risk of false alarms, as fault characteristics are often obscured in the raw current spectral analysis. To address this, effective bearing fault diagnosis necessitates the reduction of noise components. This paper presents a novel noise cancellation method that enhances the estimation of bearing fault signals in induction motors by utilizing the DEVIATION of instantaneous FREQUENCY in synchronized motor voltage and current signals. The proposed method efficiently diagnoses bearing fault characteristic frequencies during spectral analysis. Simulation and experimental results substantiate the effectiveness of this approach in detecting outer/inner raceway and ball-bearing faults.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: One of the causes of disruption in human societies is crime, which has always endangered the life-economicpolitical-cultural security of human beings and society and governments. Communities' response to this phenomenon is primarily through the use of coercive legal methods and tools, resorting to criminal institutions. Materials and Methods: This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles. Results: Incorrect methods to deal with crime are also common among criminal agents such as judges and law enforcement agencies. These incorrect methods contradict the two issues of public order and individual rights. However, sometimes an expedient and even benevolent view persuades the criminal agent to resort to incorrect methods in order to solve the criminal problem or case. Ethical considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.
